Please make sure the items bought are suitable for delivery in terms of dimensions and sizes and if for any reason the items cannot be delivered because of the items being too big or if there isn't enough room, no refund will be issued!
We only deliver in the mainland UK.
Our delivery time is from next day to upto four weeks.All orders placed online or instore have different timescale for delivery.
Under certain conditions the delivery time may exceed the above mentioned period(Stock unavailability, Manufacturing delays, natural disaster, during festive periods when manufacturers and suppliers are closed and courier services are busier than usual).
All orders placed online will be subject to verification by the admin and if there is any problem we will contact you( via phone or via email) and under any circumstances Beds Outlet has the full right to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
We (Beds Outlet) use third party courier services to deliver the goods, so please make sure the delivery area is clear of any hazards and in case of any loss or damage we do not take any responsibility and full liability lies on the customer.

All special size or made to measure goods are subject to non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty(If faulty,you can only exchange it).
You must check your items that they are in acceptable condition and then sign the delivery note, for any reason if you realize that there is a fault in the item delivered you must let us know within 24 hours and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
If for any reason the item or goods are being returned, the customer will pay the shipment charges unless faulty and refund will only be issued once the goods have been received by us.
A part or full refund for the goods will be issued once we have inspected the items.
We do not take any responsibilty for a fault or defect in the product occured due to negligence,misuse or mishandling by the customer.
We will only deliver to the address mentioned at the time of the order, any cancelled, redirected or rearranged delivery charges will be levied onto the customer.
Items bought cannot be refunded because we get them manufactured as per customer's order.
The names of products may be different or coded than that on the packaging,this is just to protect our trade secret but it doesn't change the product features or specifications stated!
